Kickstart your New Year with the January Jump Start Challenge! This program is designed to help you shed those holiday pounds and get back on track with your fitness goals. Over the course of 30 days, you'll engage in a variety of workouts that are both fun and challenging, suitable for all fitness levels. Our expert trainers will guide you through each session, ensuring you stay motivated and on track. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this challenge will help you build strength, increase endurance, and improve overall health. Join us and make this January the start of a healthier, fitter you! In this challenge YOU choose your goal for how many workouts you want to complete over the next 4 weeks! Make it a goal you know will be a bit of stretch but not one that is too big of a jump that you set your self up to fail. We will also work on one health focus each month. For January we will work on getting back to drinking plenty of water. You will also set a water goal that you know is what your body performs best drinking. Combining our workouts and health focus is sure to help JUMP START out health in 2025! Let's get started.
