Service Description
Lifting isn’t just for guys! Ladies, we need muscle to keep us looking and feeling our best. Grab 2 sets of weights. We recommend any from 5-20 lbs. This class takes basic dumbbell moves and a great playlist to create a unique lifting class that is great for ALL fitness levels. Never lifted? That’s ok. We will help you. Your instructor will come around and help you with form so you feel confident. We recommend taking this class 2-3 times a week to get maximum results. 💪🏼💗

Cancellation Policy
We know life happens! Your first cancelation or no show to class is on us. But after that you will be charged $7 per cancelation or no show if not completed within 2 hours of the scheduled class. Thank you!
